Cancellation Policy

Pool Floating Sound Healing Session Cancellation Policy To help create a peaceful and well-organized experience for all participants, please review the following policies before registering. Weather Policy: This is an outdoor experience and is weather dependent. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, we will make the decision to cancel or reschedule the session. If the session is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, you will receive a credit toward a future Pool Floating Sound Healing session. Participant Cancellations If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit. Transfer Your Spot If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to a friend at no additional charge. To do so, please contact Chitra@FitWarriorLife.com before the session so your guest can receive and complete the required waiver before participating. Your guest must have a signed waiver on file before the session begins. Refund Policy: Because space is limited, all registrations are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the event of a documented medical emergency or other unforeseen emergency circumstances. Late Arrivals Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for the experience. Sessions begin promptly out of respect for all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies help ensure a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
