Hi, I'm Chitra Rochlani, NASM certified CPT - Certified Personal Trainer, CES - Corrective Exercise Specialist, BCS- Behavior Change Specialist, and PN Nutrition coach. I struggled with weight my whole life and finally learned how to eat clean, move my body efficiently and develop a warrior mindset. I no longer hate my body and I have learned how to manage my food so it is 80% clean and 20% indulgence.

Hi, I'm Chitra Rochlani, and I have a bunch of certifications qualifying me as a professional fitness coach.
But these certifications don't tell the whole story. I struggled with weight my whole life and after years of yo-yo dieting, trying every workout trend, all I got was frustrated. Finally I began focusing on doing some inner work and realized that I needed to step off the scale and focus on gaining strength. I needed to learn how to nourish my body and not punish it. And for all this, I needed to find my inner warrior and change my mindset.
Today, I no longer hate my body and I have learned how to manage my food so it is 80% clean and 20% indulgence. I love working out to keep my body strong and I am healthier than I have been in years. I am and always will be a work in progress, but I have a strong foundation of health and well being now.
I developed my fit-warrior method where we work together to master the 3 Ms: Mindset, Movement, and Meal-prep and I truly believe that these three pillars can help us fall in love with taking care of our body.
