How long can you hold an elbow plank?
Apparently Dana Glowacka can hold it for 4 hrs and 29 minutes, and she has a Guinness world record to prove it. So inspired by her, I started planksgiving challenge a few years ago.
I'm looking for 30 warriors who will attempt to do their BEST time for an elbow plank hold with good form. All you have to do is hold the plank, I will provide the guidance on form, tips and strategies and all the motivation you need.
