ALIGN is a monthly membership designed to exercise your mind and emotions, just like you would your body. We bring together expert facilitators to guide you through practices such as trauma-informed coaching, art therapy, meditation, breathwork, EFT tapping, journaling, laughter, and more, all in a supportive community.

ALIGN is for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or looking for deeper alignment in their lives. Whether you’re a busy professional, an entrepreneur, a parent, a caregiver, or simply seeking balance and growth. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and navigate from that internal GPS.

Not at all. All classes are beginner-friendly and guided by experienced facilitators who create safe, judgment-free spaces to meet you where you are.

Classes are offered weekly, with a mix of modalities. Members can join as many sessions as they’d like. We also host a Saturday Community Circle, where members come together in a supportive space to share, reflect, and connect.

To protect privacy and encourage live participation, recordings are not available. It’s your responsibility to attend live, but rest assured, there are multiple sessions each week, so you won’t miss out on the ALIGN experience.

You can cancel anytime by sending us a written notice via email. We keep the process simple and respectful.

We believe healing and alignment should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer a limited number of spots in our Community Access Program each month, including a “Pay-What-You-Can” option for those experiencing financial hardship. Applications are reviewed individually by our team.

Yes! If you’re selected for a Community Support Spot, we may ask for your help in spreading the word about ALIGN—by sharing on your social media, writing a testimonial, or inviting others to join.

Most classes only require a quiet space and reliable internet. For some sessions, you may want to bring a notebook, art supplies, or a yoga mat - but we’ll let you know ahead of time.
