Thanks for signing up for a complementary coaching session with me. As mentioned before this session may be recorded LIVE and shared as a podcast episode.Please bring one issue, problem or situation you'd like some help with. Think fears, worries, doubts you have or questions about your life, your family, your health or your career. By signing up, you agree to allow Chitra's Wellness Coaching to use this recording for podcast publishing and marketing material. PS: If at some point, what you share becomes too personal i will respect your privacy and not publish it. We will let our intuition lead us through that decision.
Cancellation Policy
1. Unlimited Class Access 2. No Refunds for Missed Classes All sessions are held live, and your membership grants you access to attend as many as you’d like. However, if you miss a class, there will be no makeup sessions or refunds for unattended classes. 3. Membership Cancellation If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide a minimum of 14 days' written notice via email (Chitra@FitWarrriorLife.com) before your next billing cycle. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time. 4. Live Sessions & Virtual Etiquette Since all sessions are held live, members are expected to: Join on time and minimize disruptions. Keep their cameras on when possible for an interactive experience. Be present and engaged, as this is not a passive, recorded program. Maintain a respectful and supportive environment during discussions. 5. Confidentiality & Sharing Policy To honor the integrity of this live experience: Zoom links are for members only and cannot be shared with non-members. Recordings (if provided) are for personal use only and cannot be distributed. Members are expected to respect the privacy of others and maintain a safe space for open sharing. 6. Respectful Participation To maintain a positive and supportive environment, all members must engage with fellow participants respectfully. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from sessions or termination of membership without a refund. By joining, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that this membership is designed for your personal growth, with live interaction as a core component.
