I LOVE working out with Chitra. My goal is not to lose weight but to tone and build muscle. She takes her time with you and makes sure you get every exercise right. She’s helped me make the “mind-body connection” which helps me target the muscle effectively. When I feel like I can’t do another rep, she pushes me to do a little more. She’s motivating and has a great sense of humor. Chitra makes me WANT to hit the gym!
